We hope you have a wonderful and memorable stay in the beautiful surroundings of Parnassos. Please follow these important guidelines to help ensure a comfortable and safe experience.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: After 15:00
• Check-out: By 11:00

Documentation

• Greek Residents: Please provide your ID and Tax ID (TIN) at check-in.
• Non-residents: Provide a photo of your passport or national ID number.

Parking Access

• The parking entrance door operates via a button located on the left side at the main entrance.
• Please press the same button both when entering and when exiting the premises.
• ⚠️ Important Parking Notice:
  • Parking is allowed only within the designated private parking area.
  • Parking in the neighboring area is strictly prohibited, as it is private property.

Building Access

• Code Access: Use the provided code (include the # symbol). Enter the code and gently push to open.

Security

• Security Cameras: For your safety, 6 outdoor security cameras monitor the property.

Wi-Fi Access

• Wi-Fi Network: Arvanitaki
• Password: 12345678a

Amenities

• Water Heater: Hot water is provided instantly via the boiler.
  To activate hot water, please use the green switch on the electrical panel.
  Important: Please ensure the switch is turned OFF before entering the shower or bath, and turn it on only when needed.
• Electricity: Please turn off all lights and electrical devices when not in use or when leaving the villa.
• Fireplaces
  • The main living-area fireplace is available for use.
  • The lower-level (underground) fireplace is temporarily out of order. Please do not use it during your stay.
• Jacuzzi
  • Please ensure the jacuzzi is used responsibly and according to the guidelines here.

House Rules

• Vehicle Charging: Charging electric vehicles using the house outlets is prohibited.
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
• Noise and Parties: No loud music or parties, please respect the tranquility of the area.
• Towels: Use the provided towels assigned to each bed.
• Toilets: Do not dispose of any objects or paper in the toilets.
• Trash: Please dispose of your trash only in the designated bins.
  • ⚠️ Do not use the trash bins located in the neighboring property, as they belong to a private area.

Reporting Issues

If you experience any issues or notice any malfunctions, please inform us immediately so we can assist you.

Departure

Before leaving:

• Please ensure the villa is left clean and tidy.
• Remove all personal belongings and dispose of trash appropriately.
